Generating Employee In-Out report

You may need to view the details of Employee(s) In and Out timings at any point of time. You can generate a consolidated Employee(s) In and Out report of the organization as well as customize the Employee(s) In and Out report output based on your requirements.

To generate Employee In and Out Report:

On the Reports menu, under Attendance, click Employee In-Out Report.

The Employee In-Out page appears.

Under Modify Report section, perform the following steps.

  1. In the Search Employee Name text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or press the SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to retrieve the list of employees.

  2. Click the Date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the report.

  3. In the Attendance Details drop down box, select the attendance details that you want to include in the report.

Note 1: To include attendance details in the report, select the corresponding check box.
Note 2: To include all the attendance details in the report, click Check all.
Note 3: To exclude all the selected attendance details from the report, click Uncheck all.
Note 4: To exclude a particular attendance details, click the corresponding check box.

The report is displayed according to your specifications.

Note 5: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

The details displayed in the Employee In-Out Report are:

Description

Employee ID Displays the ID of the employee
RO Displays the name of the Reporting Officer
Employee Name Displays the name of the employee
Expected Time In Displays the expected time in of the employee
Time In Displays the time in of the employee
Late By Displays the late by duration
Expected Time Out Displays the expected time out of the employee.
Time Out Displays the time out duration.
