Adding Zone Master
To add zone:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Zone.
The Zone page appears.
Click Add.
The Add Zone dialog box appears.
Enter the name in the Name text box with a maximum of 30 characters.
Enter the description in the Description text box with a maximum of 250 characters.
In the Effective From date text box, select the date from the calendar which displays previous and future dates.
In the Effective To date text box, select the date from the calendar.
Note : Until enter the ‘Effective To’ date master record should appear for HR/Admin only when ‘Active’ check box is selected, if active check box is unselected, and Effective to date entered as future date then master records will not be available to HR/Admin.
Click the Active check box which will ensure that the zone is active.
Note : If unchecked it will flag the Zone as inactive and effective to date should update automatically as current date.
Perform one of the following:
To save the zone and close the Add Zone dialog box, click Save and Close.
To save and continue to add another zone, click Save and Continue.
To exit the Add Zone dialog box without saving, click Cancel.
The selected zone is added.
