Job Code Master
This form is used to create the job code master.
Filter option will be available in the main form; the attributes mapped for the job code in the job code configuration screen should be available as the filters. The selected saved attributes will be displayed in the Job Code Master form.
These filters are used to populate the mapped values in the grid.
On the PW Admin menu under Nurture and Manage, click Job Code.
The Job Code page appears.
Under Filters section, perform the following steps:
From the Department drop down box, select the necessary department.
From the Career Level drop down box, select the necessary level.
From the Benefits Band drop down box, select the necessary band.
From the Designation drop down box, select the designation.
From the Salary Grade drop down box, select the salary level.
From the Job Role drop box, select the required job role.
Click Go to make the selected values display in the grid.
Example: Department “Product management” is mapped to the job code”RFS101” and then saved. When user wants to search only the Product management department mapped to the job code in the grid, then he will select the appropriate department and search.
