Adding and Deleting Hierarchy Attributes

• On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Map 2 Hierarchy.

The Map 2 Hierarchy page appears.

• Click Add.

Note :  Admin can map the parent attribute with child attribute.

The Add Hierarchy Definition page appears

1. In the Select Parent drop down box, select the required attribute.

2. In the Select Child drop down box, select the required attribute.

3. In the Effective from date text box, select the date from the calendar menu.

4. In the Effective to date text box, select the date from the calendar menu.

5. Click Save and Continue for saving the settings and refreshing the form for the next configuration.

6. Click Close, to exit the dialog box without saving the changed configurations.

Note 1:  Once Admin provides the effective from date and saves the form then from that day onwards the mapping will be applicable.
Note 2:  Admin provides the effective to date and saves the form then the mapping set will be made invisible from that day onwards.   
Note 3:  Effective from date and effective to date needs to be captured.

• If you want to delete a mapped attribute, click on the check box and then click Delete. The attribute mapping as well as its related attribute value will be deleted.
