Update Hierarchy
Update Hierarchy is used to map the values for the attributes.
On the PW Admin menu under Nurture and Manage, click Map 2 Hierarchy.
The Map 2 Hierarchy page appears.
Click Update Hierarchy.
The Update Hierarchy screen appears.
Example :
In the Benefits Band drop down, select the necessary parent attribute. In the Designation drop down, select the required child attribute.
Note : Parent is a single select while the child will be multiple select.
After clicking the designation drop down box i.e. child attribute, the selection pop-up screen appears.
To
include the field from the Available Designation section,
select the designation and then click to move to the Selected
Designation section.
To
include all the fields from the Available Designation section,
select the designations and then click to move to the Selected
Designation section.
To
remove a field from the Selected Designation section, select
a field and then click .
To
remove all the fields from the Selected Designation section,
select the fields and then click .
Click Save.
Click Reset to get back to the configuration at the start.
In the Update Hierarchy page
Click Save and Continue to update the hierarchy.
Click Save and Close to save the hierarchy.
Click Cancel to exit the dialog box without saving the changes.
