Team Attendance
Attendance is a vital aspect of supervision at the workplace. The attendance management system of the organization enables team members to mark their daily attendance. Team members apply for and avail leave when required, as per the organization policy. Sometimes, they may have not applied for leave but might have remained absent from work.
As a team lead or manager, you may want to view details of your team members’ attendance and check on the hours put in by your team member on a particular day, leaves applied by the team member, and so on.
The attendance management system in place provides details of your attendance and you can view attendance details of any team member in the Team Attendance page.
Additionally, if your organization is tracking the break time and overtime of employees, you can view these details for all your team members.
As the team lead or manager of a team, you are also required to approve or reject overtime applications of your team members.
