My Agreement Tab
Depending on the organizational policies, the employee may follow the appraisal workflow through My Agreement tab. In this workflow, the employee confirms his or her agreement to the scores given by their managers.
Note: This workflow is subject to organizational policies.
1. On the MY SELF menu, select Performance Management and then click My Agreement.
My Agreement screen appears.
2. Click View under My Agreements.
The My Agreement screen appears.
3. View the scores.
4. In the Status drop down box, select ACCEPT or REJECT.
5. Enter the Comments.
6. Click SUBMIT.
