Confirmation Template

Confirmation template works for the probation employee. Only after assessment does the employee get confirmed; or, the probation gets extended or rejected. The workflow is the same as fixed template type, though it triggers after completion of probation period only.

Confirmation Template Process

Employee

1.      On the MY SELF menu, select Performance Management and then click My Assessment

The My Assessment page appears.

Note: My Assessment menu is visible when a calendar is set up by the HR so that the employee can take the assessment.

2.      Click on the template in the Template Name column.

My Assessment form appears.

3.      Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input values.

The INPUT PARAMETER form appears.

4.      Enter the values and then click SAVE.

5.      Click Next. A pop-up appears.

6.      Click OK to submit the assessment.

The Template Name hyperlink turns black after assessment is submitted.

Manager (RO)

1.      On the MY TEAM menu, select Performance Management and then click RO Assessment

The RO Assessment screen appears.

2.      Click on Employee Name to see the corresponding employee assessment.

3.      Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input the employee score after taking a look at employee assessment

The INPUT PARAMETER form appears.

4.      Enter the values and then click SAVE.

5.      Click NEXT. A Pop-up appears.

6.      Click OK to submit the assessment.

 

The HR will be able to view  and download  the report post Reviewing Officer /Senior Manager approval.
