Combination Template
The Combination Template shows the combined behavior of fixed and free template workflows. In this template, the authorized person for all performance-related configurations defines a few set of fixed goals in the template. The rest of the goals in the template are filled by the employee during goal-setting activity. It then follows with the next set of activities (i.e., goal review and assessment rating).

1. On the MY SELF menu, select Performance Management and then click My Assessment The My Assessment page appears. Note: My Assessment menu is visible when a calendar is set up by the HR so that the employee can take the assessment. 2. Click on the template in the Template Name column. My Assessment form appears. 3. Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input values. The INPUT PARAMETER form appears. 4. Enter the values and then click SAVE. 5. Click Next. A pop-up appears. 6. Click OK to submit the assessment. The Template Name hyperlink turns black after assessment is submitted. |

1. On the MY TEAM menu, select Performance Management and then click RO Assessment The RO Assessment screen appears. 2. Click on Employee Name to see the corresponding employee assessment. 3. Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input the employee score after taking a look at employee assessment The INPUT PARAMETER form appears. 4. Enter the values and then click SAVE. 5. Click NEXT. A Pop-up appears. 6. Click OK to submit the assessment. |

Senior Management (REV)

1. On the MY TEAM menu, click Rev Assessment 2. Click on Employee Name to see the corresponding employee assessment. 3. Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input the employee score after taking a look at employee assessment The INPUT PARAMETER form appears. 4. Enter the values and then click SAVE. 5. Click NEXT. Note: Workflow moves to LNI tab. 6. Enter Learning Needs Identification. 7. Click SUBMIT to submit the assessment. Assessment Submitted Successfully pop-up appears. |
The HR will be able to view and download the report post Reviewing Officer /Senior Manager approval.
