Free template type has three activities as per the performance management system. The first activity begins with goal setting where the employee sets the goals by seeking the Reporting Officer’s (RO) approval. If it is rejected, it comes back to the employee for resetting the goals as per the rejection comments given by the RO. Once it is approved, it proceeds to goal-review state where the employee gets a chance to modify the goals that were set during goal-setting time and seek approval from the RO. If it is rejected, then it comes back to the employee again for making corrections as per the rejection comments by the RO. Once it is approved, it opens up for the last activity, i.e., Performance Assessment. During assessment the employee gives the score and opts for his/her choice from the predefined list of Learning Need Identification’s (LNI) programs for performance improvement. On identical lines, it goes with the RO’s assessment for the employee, agreement by the employee and assessment by the RO. Finally, it reaches for the Reviewing (REV) Officer’s assessment where the REV gives the final scores to the employee.

1. On the MY SELF menu, select Performance Management and then click My Assessment The My Assessment page appears. Note: My Assessment menu is visible when a calendar is set up by the HR so that the employee can take the assessment. 2. Click on the template in the Template Name column. My Assessment form appears. 3. Click on the corresponding Parameter name for which you want to input values. The INPUT PARAMETER form appears. 4. Enter the values and then click SAVE. 5. Click Next. A pop-up appears. 6. Click OK to submit the assessment. The Template Name hyperlink turns black after assessment is submitted. |

Enter the values and then click SAVE. 5. Click NEXT. Note: Workflow moves to LNI tab. 6. Enter Learning Needs Identification. 7. Click SUBMIT to submit the assessment. Assessment Submitted Successfully pop-up appears. |
