Attendance

Attendance plays a vital role in the administration of an organization. As an HR manager, you need to keep track of the attendance details of all the employees working in the organization. You might want to upload the attendance details for each month, upload overtime details, manage the attendance for each employee, exclude an employee from the attendance system or update the payroll or LOP pertaining to each employee. You can perform tasks related to Attendance using the Attendance submenu.

The inputs for attendance details are retrieved from the swipe-in/swipe-out information recorded in the biometrics or electronic card reader (attendance system). Based on the swipe-in/swipe-out information, an employee’s leave/absence/LOP are computed.

Note:               Manual updation happens only if your company does not use any attendance system like Biometrics.
