Viewing Leave Summary
The Leave summary page allows you to view the leave summary for an employee for any calendar year.
To view the leave summary:
On the HR menu, under Leave, click Leave summary.
The Leave Summary page appears.
In the Employee search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to retrieve the list of employees and then select the employee.
In the Leave summary for the year drop-down box, select the calendar year for which the leaves are to be summarized.
The leave summary table displays the following columns:

Displays the type of leave - annual, comp off, sick leave, casual leave, on duty. |

Leaves carried over |
Displays the number of leaves carried over from the previous calendar year |

Leaves earned |
Displays the number of leaves credited in the accounting period |

Applied |
Displays the number of leaves applied |
|
Availed |
Displays the number of leaves availed |

Leaves available |
Displays the leave balance |
Click Leave type to view the corresponding leave transactions.
The Leave Transactions dialog box appears. It displays the following fields:

Displays the status of leave - granted, cancelled, rejected, approved |
In the Leave Transactions page, click Leave type to view the additional details such as status and comments about the leave transaction.
