Generating Employee Category Wise Report

At any point of time, you may require generating a report based on different employment types. You can generate a consolidated category wise report for all employees or customize the report output by setting filters on the data.

To generate a consolidated employee category wise report:

  1. On the Reports menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Employee category wise.

  2. Click .

The consolidated report for all the employees in all categories is generated.

 

You can also customize the output for category wise report of employees. To customize the report output, you need to set up filters based on your requirements. For each filter, options are provided to select the text from a list. Following are the different ways to retrieve data for each filter.

For example, to view all employees whose names begin with K, in the Employee Name text box, select Like and enter the text K. All the names that begin with K appear as a drop-down list. Select the required name.

To customize the output for category wise report of employees:

  1. On the Reports menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Employee category wise.

  1. Click .

The employees category wise report is displayed according to your specifications.

The columns displayed in the category wise employee report are:

Employee category wise report

Description

Employee ID

Displays the employee ID

Employee name

Displays the name of the employee

Date of join

Displays the date when the employee joined the organization

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee in the organization

Branch

Displays the branch in which the employee is currently working

Branch code

Displays the unique code assigned for the branch

State

Displays the state where the branch is located

Region

Displays the region where the state is located

Employment type

Displays the status of employment of the employee in the organization
