Idea Submission
Ideas can be submitted by any of the employees, mentors and coordinators. Hence the form is accessible to all the roles.
Login as employee.
On the MY SELF menu ,click See All.
Under IDEAWORKS ,click My Ideas.
The My Ideas page appears.
Click SUBMIT IDEA.
The IDEA SUBMISSION page appears.
The idea submission form details displayed are.

Description |
Mentor* |
Person who is responsible for mentoring the idea. This person also provides inputs on improvisation and monitoring of the idea and sees that it is successfully executed. Enter the name of the mentor from the list. |
Project Member |
Select the name from the employee data in PeopleWorks. |
Benefits Category* |
Category that benefits most from the idea. Select the category from the drop-down list. |
Project Title* |
Title that conveys the idea. Enter the project title. |
Description of Idea* |
Brief description of the idea. Enter the description. |
Benefits Description* |
Brief description of the benefits of the idea. Enter the description. |
Solution Related To |
Technology area related to the idea. Select the solution from the drop-down list. |
Note: Fields marked in * (asterisks) are compulsory.
You can click the question mark icon to see help.
Fill in all the required details and click SAVE to submit the idea or click CANCEL to return to My Ideas page.
