My Ideas

My Ideas displays individual ideas of the logged-in user. My Ideas form contains date and idea status filters.

You can perform the employee tasks in workflow using the My Ideas.

  1. Login as employee.

  2. On the MY SELF menu , click See All.

  3. Under IDEAWORKS ,click My Ideas.

The My Ideas page appears.

  1. Select the From date, To date and Idea Status and then click GET DATA.

The resultant ideas are displayed in a table below that contains the following columns.

Idea Number

Identifier of the idea.

Project Lead

Person responsible for generating the idea and serves as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to obtain information about the idea.

Project Title

Title of the idea.

Description of Idea

Description of the idea

Benefits Category

Category that benefits most from the idea.

Solution Related To

Technology area related to the idea.

Benefits Description

Brief description of the benefits of the idea.

Project Document

Link to download the project documentation if it has been uploaded.

Process

Taken from masters.

Subprocess

Taken from masters.

Mentor

Mentor of the idea.

Project Member

Project member mentioned in the Idea Submission form.

Date: Idea Submission

Date when the idea was submitted.

Date: Project Completion

Date when the idea was completed.

Current Status

Status of the idea.

Date: Status Change

Date when last status of the idea was changed.

Project Diary

Notes on the idea. Click the open book icon to see the notes about the idea.

Kaizen Impact Calculator

Displays project calculators. Click the folders icon to see the View Project Calculators form.

Location

Location of the idea.

View Project Details

Displays the details of the idea. Click the eye icon to see the View Project Idea form.
