Penalize Instance Configuration

Penalize Instance Configuration Window

Displays the instance of late login / early logout

Loss of Pay

Displays the number of days considered as loss of pay for the corresponding instance

Active

Displays whether the configuration is active or not

 

To configure penalize instance, click Penalize Instance Configuration:

The Penalize Instance configuration page opens

a. To add an Instance and configure, click Add

The Add Penalize Late Login & Early Logout window appears.

    1. In the Instance text box, enter the instance you are configuring. For example: Type 1, for the first late login or early logout instance.

    1. In the Loss of Pay text box, enter the number of days that should be considered as Loss of Pay for this instance.

    2. To activate the penalization, select Active.

    3. To continue with configuration for another instance, click Save and Continue, else click Save and Close

b. To edit an instance and configure, click Edit

The Edit Penalize Late Login & Early Logout window appears

    1. In the Instance text box, edit the instance you want to configure. For example: Type 0.5, for the first late login or early logout instance.

    2. In the Loss of Pay text box, edit the number of days that should be considered as Loss of Pay for this instance.

    3. To activate the penalization, select Active

    4. To continue with configuration for another instance, click Save and Continue, else click Save and Close

c. To Delete the entries made, Select the Check box and Click Delete

d. To add an instance and configure, click Add

The Add Penalize Late Login and Early Logout window appears

    1. In the Instance text box, enter the instance you are configuring. For example, 1, for the first late login or early logout instance.

    2. In the Primary drop-down list, select the leave to be deducted.

    3. In the Secondary drop-down list, select the leave to be deducted, when the selected leave in the Primary list has a zero balance.

    4. In the No of Leaves text box, enter the number of leaves of the selected option that have to be deducted.

    5. In the Loss of Pay text box, enter the number of days that should be considered as Loss of Pay for this instance.

    6. To activate the penalization, select Active.

To continue with configuration for another instance, click Save and Continue, else click Save and Close
