Attendance Type Configuration
To create Attendance Type Configuration
On the PW Admin menu, click See All.
Under Attendance, click Attendance Admin.
The Attendance Configuration page appears.
On the left navigation pane, click Attendance Type Configuration.
The Attendance Type Configuration page appears.
To add the attendance type, click Add button.
The Add Attendance Type window appears.
In the Attendance Type text box, enter the type of attendance.
In the Description text box, enter the description of the type of attendance.
To apply AR for current and future days, select the Allow Current and Future day application check box.
Click Add to add the Reason for each attendance type.
15 reasons can be added. When Add is clicked Reason 1 will be added and so on.
To delete the reason, select the Reason check box and click Delete.
Select Active check box to activate the type of attendance.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Close to save the form and close the window.
Click Save and Continue to save the form and continue adding another type of attendance details.
Click Cancel to exit from the window without saving.
Note
1: The saved values will be displayed in the main screen.
Note 2: If there is an existing attendance type created, it would
be for past days. In case, you want to allow AR for future dates create
a new attendance type and check the above checkbox. Editing the existing
one is not advisable.

If you want to edit the type of attendance, select the required check box and click Edit button, to edit the details.
If you want to delete the type of attendance, select the required check box and click Delete button.
A confirmation message appears to delete the selected record (s).
Click OK to confirm or else click Cancel.
Note
1: The entered attendance type and reason will be populated in
the regularization of attendance screen under HR/employee/My team.
Note 2: If no reason is configured then reason will be displayed
in the text box, but if reasons are configured for any attendance type
and when appropriate attendance type is selected, reason will become as
drop down.
