Survey

Survey is a method of collecting data or information on a particular topic or product. Surveys are undertaken with a view towards making statistical inferences about various aspects of  the organization.

The HR department can analyze and obtain data by conducting survey on the employees of the organization. The HR department can prepare survey questions on a particular topic or product with the option answers. Based on the survey report obtained, the HR department can analyze and collect the data, which can be used for further purposes like representing a product, improving a product, general people management, development themes and so on.

Survey report is in excel format, whereas survey result is a graphical representation of the data.
