On the list of leave grant records, click
on the
unapproved leave grant application you want to withdraw.
Withdrawing Leave Grant Applications
In case you do not want to avail the leave grant you have applied for, you can withdraw the leave grant application.
However, you can withdraw a leave grant only if your team lead / reporting manager has not taken any action on the leave grant request.
You can withdraw a leave grant application in the Apply for leave grant page.
To withdraw a leave application:
In the home page, do any of the following:
In the My Self grid box, click My Leave.
On the My Self drop-down menu, under My Leave, click Apply for leave grant.
The Apply for Leave Grant page appears displaying all your existing leave grant records.
View explanations of leave grant details
On
the list of leave grant records, click on the
unapproved leave grant application you want to withdraw.
Note: The request cannot be withdrawn if the leave grant request is approved by any of the applicable approver (s).
