Editing Reprimands
You can edit the reprimand details raised on an employee in the Reprimands page.
To edit reprimand raised on employee:
On the HR menu, under Reprimands, click Reprimands.
The Reprimands page appears.
In the Employee search text box enter the employee name/employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the Keyboard) once and select the employee name and then click GO.
The details of the reprimands raised on employee appear.
Select the reprimand details that you want to edit and click Edit.
The Edit Reprimand dialog box appears.
Edit the required fields and do any of the following:
Click Save & close to save and stop editing the reprimand details of the employee.
Click Save & continue to save and continue editing the reprimand details of the employee.
The changes made by you are saved. You can view the changes in Reprimands page.
Note 1: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Note 2: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
