Adding Reprimands
You can raise reprimands on employees.
To raise reprimands on an employee:
On the HR menu, under Reprimands, click Reprimands.
The Reprimands window appears.
In the Employee search text box press enter the employee name/employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the Keyboard) once and select the employee name and then click GO.
The details of the reprimands raised on the employee appear.
Click Add.
The Add Reprimands dialog box appears.
In the Reprimands drop-down box, select the reprimands type.
Click the Issued on text box.
The calendar appears.
On the calendar, select the date from when you want to raise the reprimands on employee.
In the Comment text box, enter the comment about the reprimand.
Do any of the following:
Click Save & close to save and stop adding the reprimand.
Click Save & continue to save and continue adding the reprimand.
The reprimand is added.
Note: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
