Template Data Creation
The Template Data Creation is made for the data that was defined in the Template Hierarchy for a particular template. Data is added to each hierarchy that was defined in the Hierarchy.
As an administrator, you can add the new data to the selected hierarchy.
To view Template Data Creation,
On the PW Admin menu, click See All.
Under Time Sheet Management, click Data Management.
The Time Sheet Landing page appears.
Under Template Data Creation, click Add/Edit Template Data.
The ‘Template Data Creation’ appears on the left navigation pane with the 'Select' drop down option.
Select the required template from the Select drop down option.
Note: The template will get displayed based on the creation in the ‘Template Hierarchy’ which is under ‘Template Management’.
The selected template page will get displayed.
Note: The selected template will have its hierarchies such as client, project and module which are created in the ‘Template Hierarchy’ page.
Click Add to add new data to the selected hierarchy.
Data can be added to that Template Hierarchy Data.
Select the level of organization from the Organization Level drop down box.
Select the name of the approver from the Approver Name drop down box.
In the Name text box, enter the name of the template data.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Close to save the changes made and go back to the selected template page.
Click Save and Next to save the changes made and the breadcrumb will be updated and will be redirected to the next screen which is the next hierarchy that was defined in the ‘Template Hierarchy’
Click Cancel to discard the changes made.
The details will be displayed in the grid.
To edit the new data, select the required check box and click Edit button.
Edit the required fields in the drop down boxes and text box.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Close to save the changes made and go back to the previous page.
Click Save and Next to save the changes made and the breadcrumb will be updated and will be redirected to the next screen which is the next hierarchy that was defined in the ‘Template Hierarchy’.
Click Cancel to discard the changes made.
Click Delete to delete the record.
Note 1: The same process will go for the project
and module page which is the next hierarchy that was defined in the ‘Template
Hierarchy’.
Note 2: In order to delete the record, remove the dependant data.
Note 3: The Client is the parent of the Project and the Project is
the parent of the Modules as defined in the ‘Template Hierarchy’ page.
