Task Management
In Task Management, the users can add tasks, sub tasks and mapping is done to the tasks either at Organization Level or at Template Level
To view Task Management
On the PW Admin menu, click See All.
Under Time Sheet Management, click Data Management.
The Time Sheet Landing page appears.
Click Task Management.
The ‘Task Creation’ page appears.
This page contains the list of all tasks and their sub-tasks respectively.
In the Task text box, type the name of the task or press spacebar on the keyboard once to get the list of the task from the drop down list.
Click Search.
The details displayed are:

Displays whether the task is Global or not |

Displays whether the task is Active or not |
Click Add to add new task or a sub-task if required.
The Add Task dialog box appears.
Enter the name of the task in the Name text box.
Enter the description of the task in the Description text box.
Select the Global check box, if the task is a global task.
Select Active check box, to set the task on an active status.
Select Add Sub-Task check box, if you want to associate a sub-task to the task.
In the Sub Task Name text box, enter the name of the sub task.
In the Sub Task Description, enter the description of the sub task.
Select the Active check box to set the sub task as active.
Click Add to add another sub task.
Click Delete to delete the sub task.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Continue to save the changes made and continue adding another task.
Click Save and Next to save the changes made and the user will be redirected to the ‘Task Mapping-Template Data Level’.
Click Cancel to discard the changes made.
To view the
added sub-task, click icon.

Click Next to go to the next page.
Click Previous to go back to the previous page.
To edit the task, select the required check box corresponding to the ‘Task Creation’ and then click Edit button to edit the details.
Note 1: The bread crumbs will be updated on
creation and mapping the tasks.
Note 2: Task name should be within 50 characters and task description
should be within 250 characters.
Note 3: The ‘Name’ field is mandatory and cannot be left blank.
