Task Mapping
The users can map the tasks that are created in ‘Task Details’ page in ‘Organization Level’ or in ‘Template Level. This page consists of the Organization Level and the mapped tasks to the organization.
To view Task Mapping
On the PW Admin menu, click See All.
Under Time Sheet Management, click Data Management.
The Time Sheet Landing page appears.
Under Task Management, click Add/Edit Task Mapping.
The Task Mapping-Template Data Level page appears.
The other alternative way to obtain task mapping configuration page are:
Click Save and Next while adding or editing a task in the ‘Task Creation’ page.
Click Task Mapping breadcrumb which is at the top of the ‘Task Creation’ page.
The Task Mapping-Template Data Level page appears.
It displays the Template Hierarchy Name and Template Hierarchy Field Value that was added in the ‘Add Fields’ page.
Select the required template from the Choose Template drop down box.

Click Map to map the task to the organizations.
The Task Details consists of the tasks that are created during Task Creation.
The details displayed are:
Under Template Level section, perform the following steps:
Select the name of the client from the Client drop down box.
Select the project name from the Project drop down box.
Select the module from the Module drop down box.
Once the template level is selected, select the task details that are to be mapped under ‘Task Details’ section.
Click
icon to add the task to the ‘Mapped Task’ section.
To
remove the added task details, select the required mapped tasks
and then click icon.
The mapped task will come under ‘Task Details’ section.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Continue to save the mapping and continue adding one more hierarchy level data.
Click Cancel to discard the changes made.
Click Unmap All to unmap all confirmation.
Unmap All Confirmation dialog box appears.
Click Yes to unmap the mappings associated with this level.
Click No to exit from the dialog box and back to the ‘Task Mapping’ page.
