Menus
The following menus appear on the home page:
My Company - The My Company menu is available for all employees. My Company provides links to access information about the company. This includes the forms, policies and newsletters of the company. Additionally, based on the company’s requirement, other links such as career opportunities, travel desk, help desk, HR notifications and Knowledge center may also be available.
My Self - The My Self menu is available for all employees. My Self provides access to employees’ personal tasks such as uploading personal and professional details, viewing their attendance details, applying for leave, viewing compensation details, planning the FBP, declaring IT, uploading IT proofs, nominating for training programs, submitting resignations and so on.
My Team - The My Team menu is available for employees who have the role of HR or team manager. Using the My team menu, HR manager and team manager can view and manage their team members’ personal and professional details, approve or reject leaves, view details of team members’ compensation, initiate, approve or reject employee transfers, separation, make enquiries or enroll for training and check training schedule, team attendance, team performance, and so on.
Reports - The Reports menu is available to employees with the HR role. Using the Reports menu, various reports pertaining to attendance details, attrition details, headcount, recruitment, training, query TAT and so on.
HR - The HR menu is available for HR login ID. Using the HR menu, HR manager can view and perform tasks such as manage employee attendance and leave details, manage training programs, manage recruitment of candidates, manage employee separation, view employees’ personal and professional details in the graphical presentation like table, graphs, and charts.
PW Admin - The PW Admin menu is available for employees with HR or Admin role. Using the PW Admin menu, HR manager can define and configure the master details used in PeopleWorks.
