The home icon - Click
this icon to navigate from different pages back to the home page.
The suggestion/feedback
icon - Click this icon to give any suggestion or feedback about the
PeopleWorks site. Click to know more.
The help icon - Click
this icon for help related to all the modules in the PeopleWorks site.
Providing Suggestions/Feedback
You can give suggestion/feedback on the PeopleWorks site using the My Suggestion for PeopleWorks dialogue box.
To enter suggestion/feedback:
On the home page, click 
.
My Suggestion for PeopleWorks dialogue box appears.
My Suggestion for PeopleWorks dialogue box details displayed are:
In the Nature of suggestion drop-down box, select the type of suggestion as New functionality, Refinement or Bug.
In the Module drop-down box, select the module to which the suggestion pertains.
In the Sub module drop-down box, select the sub module to which the suggestion pertains.
Note: Sub module drop-down box is available only when a module is selected.
In the Functionality text box, enter your suggestion or feedback about the functionality.
Click the Details text box, enter the details of the functionality, refinement or bug.
Note 1: The
maximum of characters that can be entered in Functionality
text box is 128.
Note 2: The
maximum of characters that can be entered in Details
text box is 512.
To attach a relevant file, perform one of the steps:
Click on the Attachment text box.
Click 
.
File Upload dialogue box appears.
Select the file to be uploaded and then click Open.
The file is uploaded.
Note: To
exit without uploading the file, click 
.
Click 
.
The suggestion/feedback provided by you has been uploaded to the PeopleWorks site.
Note 1: To
