CAFT

CAFT stands for Competency Assessment and Fundamental Traits. CAFT is used to measure the employees’ competency in their current role. Periodically organizations need to assess the competencies of employees and analyze their performance. The CAFT module in PW helps to assess the strengths and weaknesses of employees and generate assessment reports.
