Traits Master
Traits are indicators that help us gauge how an individual performs for a particular competency and how often they are exhibited. Fundamental traits are leading indicators that measure a person’s basic behaviors like integrity, commitment, domain and so on.
The Traits Master page displays the traits available. As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete traits in the Traits Master page.
To view traits:
On the PW ADMIN menu, under CAFT, click CAFT Admin.
The Traits Master page appears.
The trait details displayed are:

Displays whether the trait is active - Yes or No If active, the trait is available for the employees |
To change the number of traits being displayed, on the Traits Master page, click the Show drop-down box and select the number of traits to be displayed.
If you want to add a new trait, click Add, enter the required details and save.
If you want to edit details of an existing trait, select the check box corresponding to the trait, click Edit, make the required changes and save.
If you want to delete a trait, select the check box corresponding to the trait, click Delete and confirm.
Note : Fields marked * are mandatory and they cannot be left blank.
