Assessment Parameter & Rating
The parameters for employee assessment and rating are:
Always
Most of the time
Sometimes
Never
To view Assessment Parameter & Rating:
On the PW ADMIN menu, under CAFT, click CAFT Admin.
In the CAFT Admin pane, click Assessment Parameter & Rating.
The Assessment Parameter & Rating page appears.
The assessment parameter & rating details displayed are:

Displays the employee rating |

Displays whether the assessment parameter & rating is active - Yes or No If active, the assessment parameter & rating is available for the employees |
To change the number of assessment parameter & rating being displayed on the page, on the Assessment Parameter & Rating page, click the Show drop-down box and select the number of traits to be displayed.
If you want to add a new assessment parameter, click Add, enter the required details and save.
If you want to edit details of an existing parameter, select the check box corresponding to the parameter, click Edit, make the required changes and save.
If you want to delete details of an existing parameter, select the check box corresponding to the parameter, click Delete and confirm.
Note : Fields marked * are mandatory and they cannot be left blank.
