  1. Few employees’ names are not appearing in Nominate employee pop up window.

This implies that those employees do not suffice the applicability criteria. Please check the applicability settings defined for that training schedule to resolve the issue.

 

  1. While uploading the nomination list it shows a message saying that schedule id did not match some of the employee ids.

This implies that the employee IDs which have failed while nominating, does not match the applicability which has been mapped for the schedule.

 

  1. For program applicability I have selected all the applicability option but still I am not able to view a set of employees. How to proceed?

This implies that for those employees certain fields are not updated in the Current organization page (HR>>Employment Details). It is advisable to use only one type of applicability option to map a program. To update the Current organization page, perform the procedure Editing Current Organization Details.

 

  1. I have used only one applicability option to map training but still I am not able to nominate them. How to nominate?

The Current organization sub menu (HR>>Employment Details) helps to resolve this issue. To update the Current organization page, perform the procedure Editing Current Organization Details.

 

  1. I am unable to nominate few employees even though they suffice the applicability criteria. Why?

Following could be the reasons for this issue:

 

  1. How to view the list of nominated employee?

The Nominate Employee sub menu (HR>>Training) allows you to view the list of nominated employees. To get the list of nominated employees, perform the procedure Nominating an Employee.

 

  1. Mangers are unable to nominate their team members. Why?

Managers cannot nominate their team members once the schedule is finalized by the HR. However the HR can nominate employees till the training start date.

 

  1. I am not able to approve a nomination and close a nomination it shows a message to select a record.

The Finalize schedule sub menu (HR>>Training) allows you to approve and close the nominations. To approve/reject a nomination, perform the procedure Finalizing Schedule.

 

  1. Employees are not able to view certificate. How to enable certificate?

The Mark Attendance sub menu (HR>>Training) allows you to issue a certificate for the training. To issue the certificate to the employee, click Marking Attendance.

 

  1. Employees nominated for training program are unable to view training material.

This issue is happening because the training material is not yet uploaded. To upload the training material, perform the procedure Managing Training Material.

 

  1. Few Employees are unable to view feedback questionnaire. Why?

This issue happens when an employee fail to participate in training feedback within the time (”r;Valid Till” days) specified in the Training Feedback sub menu (PW Admin>>Training). To view the training feedback questionnaire, perform the procedure Adding Training Feedback.

 

  1. Where do I add the details of Trainer?

The Trainer page (PW Admin>> Training) allows you to add the details of trainer. To add details of trainer, perform the procedure Adding a Trainer.

 

  1. How do I add an Additional approver for nomination?

The Approvers page (PW Admin>> Training) allows you to add an additional approver for nomination. To add an additional approver, perform the procedure Adding Approvers.

 

  1. How do I conduct training program for old batch?

In the Manage Schedule page (PW Admin>>Training), select the Is Refresher check box while adding a new schedule. This will allow you to conduct training program for old batch. To get more information on adding a schedule, perform the procedure Adding a Schedule.

 

  1. I am unable to mark the attendance for the trainees?

To mark the attendance for the trainees, attendance details needs to be defined. The Attendance Option sub menu (PW Admin>>Training) allows you to define attendance details. To define attendance details, perform the procedure Adding Attendance Option.

 

  1. How do I view the study material which I have uploaded for the trainees?

In the Manage Training Material page (HR>>Training), click on the View Attachment hyperlink under the Attachments column of the respective Schedule ID. This will allow you to view the study material. To view the training material, perform the procedure Managing Training Material.

 

  1. How to finalize training?

The Finalize Schedule submenu (HR>> Training) allows you to finalize the training schedule. To finalize the training schedule, perform the procedure Finalizing Schedule.

 

  1. I want to cancel a schedule which I have finalized. How to proceed?

The Finalize Schedule submenu (HR>> Training) provides you option to cancel a training schedule. To cancel a finalized schedule, perform the procedure Finalizing Schedule.

 

  1. How to Mark the attendance for training?

The Mark Attendance submenu (HR>> Training) allows you to mark the attendance for training. To mark the attendance for training, perform the procedure Marking Attendance.

 

  1. How do I add the training score of the employees?

The Mark Attendance sub menu (HR>> Training) allows you to add the training score of employees. To add the training score for employees, perform the procedure Marking Attendance.

 

  1. How to add training feedback question?

The Training Feedback submenu (PW Admin>> Training) allows you to add training feedback questions. To add training feedback questions, perform the procedure Adding/Editing Questions to the Feedback Form.

 

  1. Employees are unable to view training feedback form. Why?

This issue happens when the training feedback form is not linked with the training schedule. The Training feedback sub menu (PW Admin>>Training) allows you to link the feedback form with the schedule ID. To map the feedback to the schedule, perform the procedure Adding Training Feedback.
