Editing Current Organization Details
You can edit employee current organization details in the Current Organization page.
To edit current organization details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Employment detail, click Current organization.
The Current Organization page appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO
The current organization details of the employee appears.
Edit the required fields and click Save.
Click to view history of the employee in the respective field.
The changes made by you are saved. You can view the changes in the Current Organization page.
Note 1: Fields marked * are mandatory, and they cannot be blank.
Note 2: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
