  1. How do I add/create Activity?

The Activity sub menu (PW Admin >> Recruitment) allows you to add/create activity. To add/create activity, perform the procedure Adding candidate activities.

 

  1. HR has triggered a letter activity and the candidate has received the mail, but not received the letter. What may be the reasons for the candidate not receiving the letter?

The reasons for the candidate not receiving the letter are:

 

  1. I am unable to trigger the particular activity for the candidates as it is not appearing in Activity drop down in HR Workspace. How do I trigger a particular activity?

The Activity role mapping sub menu (PW Admin >> Recruitment) allows you to trigger the particular activity for the candidates. To trigger the particular activity for the candidates, perform the procedure Mapping activities. The activity will appear in the HR Workspace drop down to trigger.

 

  1. Candidates are not able to Accept/Reject the letter. How to rectify it?

The Letter template sub menu (PW Admin >> Email configuration) allows you to rectify the option of the candidate able to accept/reject the letter. To rectify the option of the candidate able to accept/reject the letter, perform the procedure Editing letter template. In the Edit letter template dialogue box, check Action required, type Accept and Reject in the text boxes, and click Save & Close. The candidates will be able to accept/reject the letter.

 

  1. Why the message "Not authorized to access the resource, Please login" appears?

If the candidate login and the PeopleWorks are logged in on same browser this message appears.

 

  1. I (HR) want to cancel a candidate, who has been on boarded, but I’m not able to see the reasons

The Reason-removing candidate sub menu (PW Admin >> On-board Admin) allows you to cancel a candidate, who has been on boarded. To cancel a candidate, who has been on boarded, perform the procedure Adding reason-removing candidate. The reasons entered here will appear in HR>>On-board>>Onboarding candidates when clicked.

 

  1. We are not receiving copy of letters, although email IDs are entered in "Mark Letter to” field while adding a candidate. How do we configure it?

The Letter template sub menu (PW Admin >> Email configuration) allows you to configure to receive copy of letters. To configure to receive copy of letters, perform the procedure Editing letter template. In the Edit letter template dialogue box, check Mark copy, and click Save & Close.

 

  1. While adding reasons in Recruitment Admin, what is the impact of selecting "For verification" Yes/No?

The impacts of selecting "For verification" Yes/No are:

 

  1. How do I add additional fields in the candidate form?

The Create fields sub menu (PW Admin >> Recruitment) allows you to add additional fields in the candidate form. To add additional fields in the candidate form, perform the procedure Adding fields.

 

  1. How do I add Hiring source?

The Hiring source sub menu (PW Admin >> Recruitment) allows you to add Hiring source. To add Hiring source, perform the procedure Hiring source.

 

  1. How do I bulk upload candidate details?

The Manage candidate sub menu (HR >> Recruitment) allows you to bulk upload candidate details through uploading the Excel sheet. To bulk upload candidate details through uploading the Excel sheet, perform the procedure Managing candidate details.

 

  1. How to cancel the candidate for whom the activities are triggered?

The HR workspace sub menu (HR >> Recruitment) allows you to cancel the candidate for whom the activities are triggered. To cancel the candidate for whom the activities are triggered, perform the procedure Taking action on candidate’s application.

 

  1. How to put a candidate on hold?

  1. I want to generate a report to view how many employees have been on boarded to different designations.  Where do I extract this report?

The Designation onboarded sub menu (Reports >> Recruitment) allows you to generate a report to view how many employees have been on boarded to different designations.   1. How do I view the report of Confirmed/Non Confirmed employees?

  1. I have added the candidate in Manage candidate page but cannot view the same in the HR workspace?

  1. How do I edit the Candidate details?

The Candidate details sub menu (HR >> Recruitment) allows you to edit the candidate details. To edit the candidate details, perform the procedure Viewing and editing candidate details.

 

  1. Candidate/s has sent the document in mail, How do I upload the same in PeopleWorks?

The Onboarding candidate sub menu (HR >> On-board) allows you to upload the document sent by candidate/s to PeopleWorks. To upload the document sent by candidate/s to PeopleWorks, perform the procedure On boarding candidates.

 

  1. Candidate has updated the existing details in the forms but when he/she has re- logged in they are unable to view the Save button?

Once the candidate has filled and Saved the details and click on Next he/she cannot make any changes. Hence you (HR) need to re-trigger the activity for the candidate.

 

  1. How do I send the candidate details for verification?

The HR workspace sub menu (HR >> Recruitment) allows you to send the candidate details for verification. To send the candidate details for verification, perform the procedure Assigning vendor to verify candidate details.

 

  1. How do I update the status of candidate temporarily?
