Forced Separation
In the Forced Separation page, you can apply resignation on behalf of an employee of the organization. Forced Separation is applied when an employee has to be terminated or when employees quit the job without informing the organization.
To view Forced Separation,
On the My team menu, click See All.
Under Team Separation, click Forced Separation.
The Forced Separation page appears.
Click Submit Resignation to apply for resignation.
The Apply Resignation dialog box appears.
Enter the employee name in the Employee text box.
From the Mode of Separation drop down menu, select the relevant mode of separation.
Click Submit to submit the changes made in the Apply resignation window.
Click Cancel to cancel the changes made and close the Apply resignation window.

Click Regularize to regularize the selected absconded employee.
A confirmation message appears.
Click OK to regularize an employee or else click Cancel to close the window.
