Adding and Updating Provident Fund Details
You can view or update the provident fund details of an employee.
To add or update the provident fund details:
On the HR menu, under Compensation details, click Provident fund details.
The PF Details page appears.
In the Employee search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to retrieve the list of employees and then select the employee.
If the employee is a resigned employee, select the Resigned employee only check box and then click Go.
In the PF number text box, enter the PF number.
In the Employee pension scheme text box, enter the pension scheme under which the employee avails pension.
In the PF status text box, enter the status of the provident fund.
Click Save.
Note: To exit without saving the PF details, click Cancel.
