Generating Query Resolution Dashboard Report
The query resolution dashboard report provides information about the queries raised by the employees.
To generate a query resolution dashboard report:
On the Reports menu, under Query, click Query resolution dashboard.
The Query Resolution Dashboard page appears.
In the Parent query type drop-down box, select the type of parent query that you want to include in the report.
In the Query type drop-down box, select the type of query that you want to include in the report
Click the From date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the queries status.
Click the To date text box and on the calendar, select the date until when you want to view the queries status.

A bar graph and a pie chart appear, showing the status of queries.
