Generating User Suggestion Report
User suggestion report provides user’s suggestions based on the nature of suggestion, the module/sub-module to which it belongs or the client who gave the suggestion. You can generate report for all the users and suggestions or you can set up filters to customize the report output for each client.
To generate a consolidated suggestions report:
On the Reports menu, under PW Usage, click User suggestion report.
The User Suggestion Report page appears.
Click the From date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the user suggestions.
Click the To date text box and on the calendar, select the date until when you want to view the user suggestions.
Click .
The consolidated user generation report is generated.
The generated report includes a pie chart and a bar graph representing the report data.
To customize the report output, you need to set up filters based on your requirements. You can customize the output for user suggestions report based on the criteria selected.
To customize the output for user suggestions report:
On the Reports menu, under PW Usage, click User suggestion report.
The User Suggestion Report page appears.
Select one of the criteria as per your requirements:
In the Client drop-down box, select the name of the client whose suggestions you want to view.
To generate a report for suggestions of a particular nature, click the Nature of suggestion drop-down box and select the suggestion/suggestions you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for suggestions on a particular module, click the Modules drop-down box and select the module/modules you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for suggestions on a particular sub-module, click the Sub Modules drop-down box and select the sub-module/sub-modules you want to include in the report.
Click the From date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the user suggestions.
Click the To date text box and on the calendar, select the date until when the user suggestions are required.
Click .
The user suggestion report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.
The generated report includes a pie chart and a bar graph representing the report data.
Note1: The selected To date should not be greater than the current date.
Note2: If no module is selected, then the sub-modules field is dimmed out.
Note3: In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck All
to clear all the check boxes.

The columns displayed in the user suggestion summary report are:
