Generating Usage Statistics Report
Usage statistics report provides the percentage of usage of each module, pages within that module, and number of users for each module. You can generate report by setting up filters to customize the report output.
To customize the output for usage statistics report:
On the Reports menu, under PW Usage, click Usage statistics.
The Usage Statistics page appears.
Select one of the criteria as per your requirements:
To generate a report for usage statistics of a particular module, click the Modules drop-down box and select the module/modules you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for usage statistics of a particular function, click the Functions drop-down box and select the function/functions you want to include in the report.
Click the From date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the usage statistics.
Click the To date text box and on the calendar, select the date until when the usage statistics are required.
Click .
The report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.
The generated report includes a pie chart and bar graph representing the report data.
Note1: The selected To date should not be greater than the current date.
Note2: If no module is selected, then the functions field is dimmed out.
Note3: In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck All
to clear all the check boxes.
