Reason
An HR person has to specify the reason for recommendation or rejection of a candidate.
For example, if a candidate’s salary expectations cannot be matched by the company, the candidate is rejected and reason specified would be ’r;Salary beyond limits’.
Sometime, the documents submitted by the candidate may not be authentic and hence the reason for rejecting a candidate could be ’r;Documents not authentic’.
If the company is satisfied with the candidate and candidate has also accepted the company’s offer for employment, the candidate is ’r;Recommended’ by the HR.
As an administrator, you can create the reasons that HR can select in the HR workspace for taking a particular action on a candidate’s recruitment.
The reasons are mapped to a status of the recruitment process.
You can view, add, edit and delete the reasons in the Reason page.
