Viewing Received Messages

As an employee of the organization, you can view the messages received by you in the Messages received page.

Toview the received message:

  1. On the My Self menu, under My Message, click Message received.

Note:               Alternatively, in the My To-Do List grid box, click New Messages to access your messages.

The Message received page appears.

  1. Do any of the following:

  2. In the Subject/Attachment text box, enter the subject or attachment name and click Filter.

  3. In the Category drop-down box, select the category and click Filter.

  4. In the From Date text box, date from which you want to view the messages and click Filter.

  5. In the Till Date text box, enter the date up to which you want to view the message and click Filter.

Details displayed in the Message received page are:

Description

Date

Displays the date on which the message is received

Subject

Displays the subject of the message

Category

Displays the category of the received message

Attachment

Displays the attachment of the message

  1. To view the bodies of the message click the link under the Subject column.

Note:              To return to the previous window, click Close.

  1. To view the attachments of the message click the link under the Attachment column.

  2. To delete the received message select the message and click Delete.
