Updating Separation Details

You can update separation details of resigned employees in the Employee separation page.

To update separation details of a resigned employee:

    1. On the HR menu, under Separation, click Separation details.

The Employee Separation page appears.

    1. Select the Resigned employee only check box.

    2. In the Employee search text box press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, select the employee name and click GO.

    3. To change the resignation date, click on the Resignation date text box and select the new date.

    4. To change the actual relieving date, click on the Actual relieving date text box and select the new date.

    5. To change mode of separation, in the Mode of separation drop-down box select the mode of separation.

    6. To change reason, in the Reason drop-down box select the reason of separation.

    7. In the Comment of relieving text box, enter the comment for relieving the employee.

Note :    “Comments” text box will also accepts all kinds of special characters (like ‘space’).

    1. In the Upload proof text box, click Browse.

The File Upload dialog box appears.

    1. Select the file you want to upload as a proof of resignation and click Open.

    2. Click Save.

The resignation details of the resigned employee is updated.

Note:               To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
