1. How to broadcast a message?

        The Broadcast Message sub menu (My self>>My Messages) allows you to broadcast the messages. To broadcast a message, perform the procedure Broadcasting Messages.

2. How to insert an image in the broadcast message?

        The Broadcast Message sub menu (My self>>My Messages) allows you to insert an image. To insert an image in the broadcast message page, perform the procedure Broadcasting Messages.

3. I have broadcasted a message, but a few employees have not received the message.

        Please check the applicability options chosen to broadcast the message. To broadcast a message, perform the procedure Broadcasting Messages.

4. I have selected all the applicability options to broadcast a message but few employees have not received the message. Why?

        This is because all the details of employees are not updated in current organization page (My self>>Employee Details>>Current Organization). To view the current organization details, perform the procedure Viewing Current Organization Details.

Note:                It is advisable to use only few of the applicability options to broadcast a message.

5. I have used only one applicability option to broadcast a message but few employees haven’t received the message. Why?

        This is because all the details of employees are not updated in current organization page (My self>>Employee Details>>Current Organization). To get more information on current organization page, perform the procedure Viewing Current Organization Details.

6. Category drop down is blank. Why?

        The Category Management sub menu (PW Admin>>Broadcast Message) allows you to add a new category. To add a new category, perform the procedure Adding a Category. This is because the category is not yet defined.
