General Settings
To view General Settings::
On the PW ADMIN menu, under Competency Assessment, click Competency Assessment Admin.
In the Competency Assessment Admin pane, click General Settings.
The General Settings page appears.
Select either Linear or Normal.
Select either Multiple Stages or Fixed Stages
If the selection is Normal with Multiple Stages enter Cap with maximum two digits.
In the Days Of Applicability text box, enter the number of days.
Select the Process With Scores check box to process the competency assessment using scores.
Select Qualifier Round Off check box to show the qualifier rounded off to digits.
Click Save.
The settings are saved successfully.
If the selection is Normal with Fixed Stages enter the number of stages in the Number of Stages text box.
In the Cap text box, enter the cap with maximum two digits.
In the Days Of Applicability text box, enter the number of days
Select the Process With Scores check box to process the competency assessment using scores.
Select Qualifier Round Off check box to show the qualifier rounded off to digits.
Click Save
The settings are saved successfully.
If the selection is Linear with Multiple Stages, enter the number of days in the Days Of Applicability text box.
Select the Process With Scores check box to process the competency assessment using scores.
Select Qualifier Round Off check box to show the qualifier rounded off to digits.
Click Save
The settings are saved successfully
If the selection is Linear with Fixed Stages, enter the number of stages in the Number of Stages text box.
Enter the number of days in the Days Of Applicability text box.
Select the Process With Scores check box to process the competency assessment using scores.
Select Qualifier Round Off check box to show the qualifier rounded off to digits.
Click Save
The settings are saved successfully
