Rounding off Components
You can round off the amount applicable for a component.
To round off a component:
On the list of components, select the check box corresponding to the component you want to round off, and click Round Off.
The Round off dialog box appears.
In the Round off type drop-down box, select whether the amount has to be rounded off to the Previous, Next or Nearest value.
In the Amount text box, enter the amount to be rounded off.
Click Save and Close.
Note: To exit without saving, click Cancel.
