Viewing Nominations
You can view employee nominations details in the Nominations page.
To view nomination details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Nomination.
The Nomination page appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, select the employee name and click GO.
The nomination details of the employee appear.
In the Type drop down box, select the type of nomination you want to view and click Go.
The nominee information for respective nomination appears.
The details displayed in the Nomination page are:

Displays the relationship of the employee with the nominee |

Displays the date of birth of the nominee |
Age |
Displays the age of the nominee |
Percentage |
Displays the percentage of nomination allocated for the nominee |
Note 1: Fields
marked * are mandatory and cannot
be left blank.
Note 2: Fields
that appears dimmed cannot be modified.
