Viewing Nominations

You can view employee nominations details in the Nominations page.

To view nomination details of an employee:

    1. On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Nomination.

The Nomination page appears.

    1. In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, select the employee name and click GO.

The nomination details of the employee appear.

    1. In the Type drop down box, select the type of nomination you want to view and click Go.

The nominee information for respective nomination appears.

The details displayed in the Nomination page are:

Nominee

Displays the name of the nominee

Relationship

Displays the relationship of the employee with the nominee

Date of birth

Displays the date of birth of the nominee

Age

Displays the age of the nominee

Percentage

Displays the percentage of nomination allocated for the nominee

Note 1:            Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2:            Fields that appears dimmed cannot be modified.
