Deleting Family Details
You can delete employee family details in the Family page.
To delete family details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Family.
The Family page appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO.
The family details of the employee appear.
Select the name of the family member whose details you want to delete, and then click Delete.
The confirmation message appears.
Click OK.
The family member detail of the employee is deleted. You can view the changes in the Family page.
Note: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
