Viewing Approver Flow Details
To view approval flow details:
On the PW Admin menu, under Separation, click Separation.
The Reason for Resignation page appears.
On the left navigation pane, click Separation Approver (s).
The Separation approver (s) page appears.
The Separation Approver (s) page is provided with three tabs i.e. Approval Flow, Map Approver (s) and View/Edit Approver (s).
In the 'Approval Flow' tab, the details displayed are:
Select the approval levels required as reporting officer, reviewing officer or org levels from the Select Approval Levels list box and move to Set Approval Sequence list box.
From the Select Approval Levels and Set Approval Sequence list boxes, do any of the following:
To include
only one approval level in the set approval sequence list
box, click corresponding to the approval
level that you want to include.
To include
all the approval level in the set approval sequence list box,
click corresponding to the approval level
that you want to include.
To remove
added approval levels individually from the set approval sequence
list box, click corresponding to the
approval level that you want to exclude.
To remove
all the added approval levels from the set approval sequence
list box, click corresponding to all
the approval levels that you want to exclude.
To change
the order of approval level, select the approver name on the
Set Approval Sequence
list box and click to move or click
to
move down.
Click Save to save the changes done or else click Cancel to cancel the selection
Note 1: When
Admin clicks on ‘Save’ button without selecting any option then the system
prompts the message as
‘Please map at least one approver to proceed further’ and highlight the
‘Set Approval Sequence’ box.
Note 2: Separation requests approval
flow will move in sequential order on the basis of above - defined order.
Note 3: When Admin changes the
workflow between the process, then the changes will not impact but it
impacts only for new requests.
