Settlement Details

You can view the details of claims pending for settlement and then settle the claims in the Settlement Details page.

To view and settle details:

    1. On the HR (Finance) menu, under Travel and Expense, click Settlement Details.

The Settlement Details page opens.

    1. Do any of the following and retrieve the claims pending for settlement:

Note:  Fields marked * are mandatory and they cannot be left blank. The following fields are mandatory: Settlement Type.

    1. Click Search.

The records for the selected criteria appear.

The details displayed are:

Settlement Details

Column

Description

Settlement Type

Displays the type of settlement

Claim Number

Displays the claim number

Transaction Date

Displays the date of transaction

Employee ID

Displays the employee ID

Employee Name

Displays the employee name

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee

Division

Displays the division to which the employee belongs

Final Approval Amount

Displays the final amount approved for the claim.

 

The claim is settled and the status of the claim is updated as Settled.

Note:  To exit without saving, click Cancel.
