My Self (Hiring Manager)
The Role will be played by the hiring manager on the My Self menu, under Recruitment.
As a hiring manager, you can create requisition for the candidate and can also perform for backfill position which means recruitment is for a vacated (or resigned position) or new hire position which means requisition for a newly created position.
