HR (Junior Recruiter)
The role will be played by the junior recruiter to publish requisition, manage candidate and shortlist candidate on the HR menu, under Recruitment.
As a junior recruiter, you can publish requisition for the candidate by selecting the consultant. You can also add and edit candidate details in the Manage Candidate page. To shortlist candidate, you can view in the shortlist candidate page. You can send for approval or untag the candidate details by clicking the candidate ID link.
You can also tag the candidates by clicking the tag candidate’s button in the Shortlist Candidate page.
