Manage Candidate

The Manage Candidate page displays candidate ID, candidate name, email ID, contact number, total experience, status and so on. You can also add and edit in the Manage Candidate page.

The Manage Candidate page appears.

The details displayed are:

Displays the Candidate ID link to edit the candidate details

Candidate Name

Displays the candidate name

E-mail ID

Displays the email ID of the candidate

Contact Number

Displays the contact number of the candidate

Total Experience

Displays the total experience of the candidate

Attachment

Click to download and view the details of the candidate (ex. Resume)

Status

Displays the status of the candidate

Last Updated On

 

Displays when the candidate details was last updated on


    1. To create ‘Direct Entry’ candidate profile (s), select the check box from the grid and then click Add button.

The Candidate Details page appears.

      1. Select the requisition id from the Requisition ID drop down box.

      2. In the Resume option, click Browse button and then select the file to upload.

      3. Under Personal Details section, perform the following steps:

        1. Enter the first name in the First Name text box.

        2. Enter the middle name in the Middle Name text box.

        3. Enter the last name in the Last Name text box.

        4. Select the gender from the Gender drop down box.

        5. Enter the email ID in the E-mail ID text box.

        6. Enter the mobile number in the Mobile text box.

        7. In the Date of Birth text box, select the date from the calendar that appears.

        8. Enter the current location in the Current Location text box.

        9. Select the marital status from the Marital Status drop down box.

      1. Under the Employment Details section, perform the following steps:

        • Click  icon to add multiple companies.

        • Click the Fresher check box if the candidate is a fresher (without any work experience).

          1. In the Company Name text box, enter the name of the company the candidate had worked in.

          2. In the Designation text box, enter the designation in which the candidate had worked as.

          3. The Experience (Years) field is auto populated.

          4. In the Job Type drop down box, select whether the candidate had worked as a contractor or as a permanent employee.

          5. In the From Date box, select the date from when the employee started working for the particular company.

          6. In the To Date box, select the date till when the employee worked for the company.

          7. In the Current CTC (Fixed) text box, enter the CTC (Cost to Company) of the candidate in their associated company.

          8. In the Current CTC (Variable) text box, enter the variable CTC of the candidate in their associated company.

          9. In the Expected CTC text box, enter the CTC that the candidate expects currently.

          10. In the Notice period (Days), enter the notice period that the candidate has to serve in their associated company.

Note:          Continue to add the details for other companies similarly (if the candidate has worked in multiple companies)

      1.  Under the Education Details section, perform the following steps:

        • Click icon to add multiple education details.

          1. In the Qualification drop down box, select the qualification of the candidate.

          2. In the Specialization text box, enter the specialization of the candidate.

          3. In the Learning Mode drop box, select the mode of education of the candidate.

          4. In the Institution text box, enter the institute from where the candidate has his education.

          5. In the CGP or Percentage (Cumulative Grade Points Average) text box, enter the overall percentage the candidate received during their education.

          6. In the From Date text box, select the date from when the candidate started their education.

          7. In the To Date text box, select the date till when the candidate did their education.

Note:           Continue to add the details for other education details similarly (if the candidate has worked in multiple institutions)

      1.  Under the Tag section

        1. In the Industry text box, enter the industry the candidate was associated with.

        2. In the Key Skill text box, enter the key skills that the candidate possesses.

      1. Under the Internal Reference Details section

        1. In the Hiring Source drop down box, select the source from where the candidate was sourced from.

        2. In the Source Name text box, enter the name of the source from where the candidate was sourced from (w.r.t the Hiring Source).

        3. In the Where Did you Hear From drop down box, select from where the employee was found from.

        4. In the Source Name text box, enter the name of the source from where the candidate was sourced from (w.r.t Where Did you Hear From).

        5. In the Comment text box, enter the comment that needs to be added.

Note:          If the candidate are saved (instead of submitted), it can be viewed under Status>>Draft.
